15 December 2009 -- Update
Jennifer had the opportunity to talk with Ted Spangler's family this morning. They shared that he is in stable condition and in the intensive care unit. Ted's family asked that we pray for no swelling of his brain, so there would be no need for further surgery. Please continue to pray for Ted's healing, and his family, as well as the doctors and nurses who are caring for him.

This morning, Ted Spangler, a first year Law student and '09 Alum, suffered a stroke. He had surgery sometime today and is resting tonight (under observation). His parents and his sister have come from Atlanta to be with him. We haven't been given many details as of right now but are praying and hoping for the best. We were given the OK to start a prayer chain. We'll keep you posted as more information is available. Right now, they are only allowing family to visit. Please keep Ted, his family and the doctors and nurses in your prayers, and pray for God's healing and comfort during this difficult time.
